Many of the state-of-the-art functions that make our Autoclave Systems so reliable have been incorporated into the TEC Press System applications from helicopter blades to Space Shuttle structures. Press Systems are designed to cure composite parts that are laid-up in two part mandrels. The mandrel is moved into the Press System on a conveyor. The Press System then lowers and clamps the mandrel with up to 2 million pounds of force. The part is then cured with an electric or gas fired heating system.

ACCS™ is the industry standard in Autoclave control software. Based on the proven ACCS-HP™ and ACCS-PC™ products, ACCS™ has been installed on more autoclaves than all other Autoclave software packages combined. With almost 30 years of proven performance, ACCS™ is constantly updated to take advantage of today's computer hardware and operating systems while supporting a broad range of new and legacy data acquisition hardware.
TEC wrote the book on Autoclave computer controls. Many have tried to copy but no one can match our record of safety and reliability.
