There is no easier way
to create and edit cure recipes than with ACCS's™ Recipe
Manager. Using a logical and intuitive spreadsheet layout,
users can quickly view and edit recipe parameters. Extensive
error checking helps prevent common mistakes and a Recipe
Preview gives a graphical view of the programmed recipe.
A built in feature allows the user to manage recipes
for several different autoclaves, even when the configurations
are different. Click here to request more

Recipe Manager can make following ISO 9000 guidelines
much easier as well. Features in ACCS™ and Recipe Manager
allow you to store and manage recipes in a central location,
a main requirement for revision control.
ACCS's™ powerful
Report Manager gives you the tools to verify
the accuracy of the cure and analyze potential problems. Unlike
other packages, ACCS™ uses a secure database which cannot
be modified. This means your customers can be assured
that the data they see is accurate, with no compromise
in the safety of the part. All data is stored in metric
units, with one simple change, a report can be printed
using either metric or English units.

The Report Manager front end
allows easy navigation to any report file. The cure
data list may be configured to sort by date, run id
or recipe, making cure data quick and easy to
locate. The data summary window shows a snap shot of
the cure. Easy controls provide quick access to make
modifications to viewing options and create custom
reports.
The Graphical Report includes
features such as the cure profile, in which the
programmed cure is represented as a shaded area. If
the lines are within the shaded area, then the cure
is following the programmed recipe file. The event
tracker is used as a troubleshooting tool, combining
the event's history and timeline to graphically
report the cures progress. Zoom in on the graph, or
custom select the traces and scale.
Use the default Tabular Report or
customize by selecting sensors and intervals
desired. As with other ACCS™ reports, export the
data to Excel or CSV file for more extensive
analysis.
