TEC's Design & Manufacturing Capabilities
Our process begins by engineering the design specifications to meet the unique requirements of each customer and the particulars of the items that are being cured. The equipment is then fabricated to these specifications, extensively tested and if size and weight permit, shipped for installation. Alternatively, TEC specializes in the field construction of large Systems. In either case, skilled field technicians are dispatched to ensure the successful installation and operation of the product. All TEC products adhere to the following applicable certifications and standards... ASME "S" and "U" stamps, NBIC "R" stamp, and ANSI.
Today Autoclave Systems required by Aerospace companies are often too large to build off-site and ship. Thermal Equipment Corporation’s (TEC’s) Field Construction Teams have been building these large Systems in place at our Customers’ facilities for more than 30 years. Having an Autoclave System built at their own facility gives our Customers an opportunity to witness first hand the ongoing progress of the overall job. Our customers are never surprised with hidden costs or late deliveries, which are a common problem with those who claim to be TEC’s competition.
TEC has the expert knowledge, infrastructure, the techniques, the mobile equipment, and the tools to make these field projects successful, and we continue to enjoy repeat business from discerning Customers due to these successes.
While TEC does continue to provide smaller and shippable Aerospace quality Autoclave Systems, each of these systems goes through our same rigorous custom engineering which focuses on the actual part cure specifications. TEC does not have “standard designs” as every autoclave we manufacture is unique to each customer's specifications. There are many commodity Autoclave Companies that can provide generic Autoclaves, but Customers that care about their critical parts come to TEC in order to ensure that they end up with a System that will actually meet their specialized needs.
Don’t be fooled by impostors or imitators. TEC can provide extensive installation lists and references from virtually all major players within today’s leading Aerospace Companies.
