715-2000 Vacuum Valve System |
| |
|
The 715-2000 vacuum valve was specifically developed by TEC for
use in autoclaves, ovens and similar processes. The 715-2000 valve contains features,
which are essential to efficiently meet cure parameters.
Note: The 715-200 valve will efficiently capture many of the material volatiles and solvents emitted from resin systems being processed. Federal and local environmental regulations may limit the allowable exposure or disposal of these captured materials. The responsibility of compliance is on the operator and the regulations are subject to local interpretation.

System Configurations
The 715-2000 Vacuum Valve System
incorporates a selector valve that can be configured
to select from vacuum, block or vent. The
selector valves are conical, large area poppet seats
manufactured from Teflon. These seats are
extremely contamination and temperature resistant. Modular configuration allows stacking of up to 6
valves and connection blocks at each end for air and
vacuum cooling lines.
|
Cooling System
The 715-2000 Vacuum Valve System is
fitted with internal water/glycol cooling ports that
provide cooling for the integral resin trap,
valve seats and inlet ports. This cooling allows
the valve to withstand high temperature gases and
volatiles entering the valve. When the proper
chilling system temperature is selected for the materials
processed, the trap can efficiently capture
volatiles and by-products from the curing process.

Service and Cleaning
The valves can be easily serviced in place and all
seals can be replaced without removing the valve
from it's mounting position. This also allows for
easy cleaning, inspection and maintenance of the
valve in it's installed location.
